In the present study, Genetic Algorithm and developed Adaptive are used to solve optimization problems faced in modeling of complex systems. While using Algorithm, most important problem encountered is that these algorithms prone getting stuck local bests. For example, system data process it has been observed frequently fitted bests a certain period time.
